Nourishment is about more than food. It can be found in the people, places, routines, senses + small moments that help us feel supported, grounded + more like ourselves.
This two-hour Wellness Immersion offers space to slow down, step away from the usual pace of the day + explore what nourishment looks + feels like for you.
Throughout the experience, we’ll explore nourishment through:
Crystal Connection — Spending time with Honey Calcite as a simple point of focus + reflection, exploring themes of receiving, self-worth + allowing yourself to be supported.
Aromatherapy — Experiencing a warm blend of sweet orange, cardamom + vanilla and noticing how scent can influence mood, memory + our sense of comfort.
Guided Energy Practice — A gentle, guided practice using breath, attention + intentional touch to help you slow down + reconnect with your body.
Individual Energy Work — A few quiet moments of personalized energy work, with the option of hands-on or hands-off support. You’ll also have the option to experience the vibration of a Tibetan bowl placed gently on the body.
Sound Meditation — Time to rest, settle in + listen as sound becomes a way to shift your attention away from the outside world + into the present moment.
The experience is designed to be unhurried + sensory, giving you time to notice what feels good, comforting + supportive — without needing to accomplish or figure anything out.
After the two-hour immersion, you’re invited to stay a little longer for tea + conversation. Take some time to integrate, connect with the group, pull an oracle card if you’d like or simply sit + enjoy the company.
