Your yoga teacher for the evening - Maike Koch
Maike is a London based yoga and meditation teacher who is passionate about creating spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and connect with each other.
Inspired by her own experiences of change and transition, she began bringing women’s circles into her yoga teaching as a space for honest conversation, reflection and connection. Her work gently explores themes such as ageing, identity, body image, self worth and boundaries, using movement, breath and meditation to help women feel more grounded in themselves through all stages of life.
About Dine
A pop-up community restaurant serving delicious, accessible and sustainable food.
DINE with friendly folk at our plant-based supper club at The Bridge Social. Everyone should have access to tasty food that’s good for you and the planet. That’s why The Bridge runs our monthly DINE on a loose ‘pay-it-forward’ model. Simply pay what you can. Everyone’s welcome at our table.
Your chef for the evening – Kat
Kat is a private chef and caterer based in West Sussex, providing services across London and the South East through her business ‘Salt the Radish’. Her work is influenced by the seasons, sustainability, well-being, and quality ingredients and experiences.
Kat founded and ran the much-loved Salt the Radish cafe in Finsbury Park between 2017 and 2024, which hosted regular supper clubs and events. Following her relocation to Sussex and the closure of the cafe, Kat continues to provide bespoke dining experiences and to curate small events and retreats.
Right Said Veg is Kat’s fun and inclusive vegan supper club. The events are accessible for everyone: vegans, the vegan-curious or anyone looking for some fantastic food that also happens to be plant-based.
Kat is also currently running brunch pop-ups and supper clubs near her home in West Sussex.

About More Yoga
MoreYoga was built on a simple but radical idea: highquality yoga should be available to everyone. For nearly a decade we’ve shown that powerful teaching, beautiful spaces and life‑changing practices don’t need luxury price tags. Driven to remove elitism from the practice, we brought yoga into London’s vibrant communities and continue to offer inclusive classes that welcome every body.
Spreading compassion and love is at the heart of our work. We believe every body is a yoga body and aim to empower our community to lead balanced, healthy lives. By challenging stereotypical yoga images, we encourage everyone to embrace and celebrate the strength of their physical selves.

About The Bridge
For 94 years The Bridge has been a welcoming space where women come together to prioritise health and wellbeing, support one another through life’s stages and challenge what holds them back. Based in the heart of Southwark, we run a rich programme of fitness, wellbeing and community activities designed for women.
Our women only gym and studio offer a wide range of equipment and classes, from pilates to strength training and targeted hormonal health sessions, all led by skilled, compassionate instructors who put strength, balance and confidence first. Our specialist progjects range from a diverse menopause programme, monthly supper clubs, creative health activities and our Friday mums programme to name just a few.
We offer versatile spaces for partnerships, projects and hire, including meeting rooms, our multi use studio, a warm cafe environment that can be configured for semiprivate or fully private meetings, birthday parties, dinners, gigs, Christmas parties and more, plus a garden and a kitchen. Everything you need to run workshops, launches, team days, clinics or supper events.
The Bridge continues to grow as a space where women can show up as you are, connect with others and discover what becomes possible when women have space to belong.
Here We Glow: Navigating menopause through community and wellbeing
The Bridge is hosting Here We Glow, a six-month programme supporting women through perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause with information, wellbeing and community.
Every woman experiences menopause differently, but no one should have to navigate it alone. Through a diverse programme of expert talks, comedy, workshops, movement and wellbeing sessions, Here We Glow creates space to learn, share experiences, connect with others and feel more confident through change.
Whether you're looking for trusted information, practical ways to support your wellbeing, a chance to move and laugh, or simply to meet women who get it, there's a place for you here.
