Nonprofit leaders carry a lot, usually with too little time and too few people to share it. "You can't be anywhere you're not." Good leadership starts with an honest look at where your organization actually is right now, and that's hard to do alone at your desk.Join me and local nonprofit leaders on Wednesday, October 14, from 2 to 5 pm at the COCC Center for Business for the Nonprofit Leadership Essentials Workshop. We'll spend three hours on how to lead well in Central Oregon, with real conversation among nonprofit leaders in Central Oregon! 👏
Bring the question you keep circling back to. Leave with a next step you can take on Thursday morning.
