Change was needed for things to become fresh again, for Noiseberg to find its heart back after too long a hiatus. And so it was that change did happen, the heart is back and bright and keen to give back more than ever before. A new community to help run the events, and a new principle: proceeds will be donated. We take money out of the equation. We asked artists if they would play for the love of their craft, to share with their audience and each other, to raise funds for those who need it most. All those who have reached out to play in future shows have said a generous yay to the idea, and the only way we can thank them is by organising the best concerts and coming to enjoy their art. Aurélie B. Pertusot — Generous Rustlings�instagram.com/p/DeJdaybCOMB�Dry leaves don’t just fall. They move, shake, whirl, dance, their resonating bodies carrying the memory of a drought-stricken summer. Aurélie asks it to give one last thing: sound. Rubbed against surfaces of all kinds, the leaves creak into rhythms, repetitive and hypnotic, a skeleton made to sing. It is a De-composition in both senses, and an electroacoustic reminder that even the thinnest, driest things can be generous.
It’s Been Said — Considerate Noise�soundcloud.com/its-been-said�Mark Wilson, who played at Noiseberg as Conure, and Mel Di Prinzio came together in late 2024 out of a shared devotion to sound and noise. Processed vocals, instruments, layers of effects, and samples are folded into soundscapes that care more about exploring than arriving. Expect textures that give each other room, and a duo that treats every sound as something to be passed across, not held onto.
Vascarne — Inviting Bodysounds�https://soundcloud.com/elsa-blanc-brude/extract-from-the-performance-at-krachaton/s-P47uRXyUROP�Elsa and Mat are a Franco-Swiss duo from Leipzig who practise Foolery Noise: an approach to the metaphysics of performing sound featuring dance, contemporary clowning, and live composition in one tangled gesture. Piezo and contact microphones catch the sound of their own movement, field recordings fill in the rest, and the audience is invited into a parodic tutorial that slowly tips into a dreaming-pool haze.
Feine Trinkers bei Pinkels — Curious Experiments
http://pinkelsdaheim.com�Jürgen Eberhard brings the timeless experience of Feine Trinkers bei Pinkels Daheim to Noiseberg. Repurposing objects into sound machines, they produce a feast for the ears: sounds you can taste, time that flows in all directions, details you can lose yourself in. The table is set for you to enjoy a good serving of homemade experimental electronics.
deer meadow — Gentle Groans�deermeadow.bandcamp.com�Murray Couston describes the project as “cats and slow jams,” which is as good a mission statement as any. Ambient drone in the long, unhurried manner: wide fields, single-track roads, nobody in a rush to be anywhere else. A closing set to let the evening settle, and to remind everyone that the best gifts are time, and a warm low frequency.

Financial donations are welcome but never mandatory—no one ever was or will be turned away for lack of funds. Once artists' transport has been refunded and GEMA (reluctantly) paid, all profits (including from bar) are donated to UNFPA. So be a darling, don't bring your own drinks.
