Get Set to Ride Happy!
If you are suffering from numb hands or toes, knee pain, lower back pain, shoulder discomfort or any number of other aches and pains after riding your bike, it is likely due to improper bike fit.
If you want to ride happily and pain-free for many years and miles to come, do yourself a favor and come along to our workshop! We are offering an exclusive evening with our pro mechanic, Mary - who has over 40 years of experience working with bikes and aligning people to their steeds.
We’ll have tools, stools, bike stands and of course - direct access to the traffic free Fallowfield Loop for you to try different adjustments out in a safe and immediate environment. The workshop will take place in our glorious viewing platform, one of our friendly members of staff will direct you if you've not been before.
Bring your bike and any accompanying items like gloves, SPD shoes, waterproof trousers, jackets, rucksacks - as these may all play a part in how you sit on and ride your bike.
Do you have any other questions or is your bike experiencing squeaks and bleeps that shouldn’t be there? Feel free to use this evening as another reason to have Mary the Magnificent take a look with you.

Friendly Notice! If you book on but for whatever reason cannot make it, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we can open the class back up to others waiting. You can cancel your place directly via EventBrite. The workshops are free to you [hooray!] but come with cost and planning from our end with numbers needing to be capped, so we want to make sure all the places are taken and enjoyed.. Thank you!
