Greater Manchester's Black History Month begins here.
Join civic leaders, community organisations and cultural institutions for an evening of live performances celebrating Black history and heritage, marking the official launch of the Greater Manchester BHM 2026 calendar of events.
The evening brings together performances, community connection and recognition of the contributions shaping our city and nation today. The event has been shaped with civic leaders and community voices through our GM BHM Stakeholder Group, drawing on the experiences of the people it celebrates.
