If Jesus Started a Church Today… Week 1: No Campaign Signs
If Jesus started a church today, who would it belong to?
Right now everyone wants our loyalty. Yard signs, ads, and every feed we scroll are all asking for it. When people tried to trap Jesus into picking a side, he held up a coin and asked whose image was on it. That question still stands.
This Sunday we begin a six-week series asking what kind of community Jesus would actually start, and whether it would look anything like us. We’re not assuming the answer is yes.
