About this Event
Start your week with Amsterdam's most iconic comedy show—where the jokes are fresh, the crowd is buzzing, and no two nights are ever the same.
Here's the deal: We pack De Prael with the best comedians from the Dutch scene AND heavy-hitters flying in from the US and UK circuit. Think Netflix specials, Comedy Central, BBC, Live at the Apollo—yeah, we've had them all. April Macie, Tom Rhodes, Ria Lina, Desiree Burch... the list goes on.
The Vibe: Show up early, grab a beer, meet some fellow expats, maybe make a Monday night crew. Doors open well before showtime at 8pm, so you've got time to settle in and vibe out.
The Details: 📍 De Prael, Oudezijds Armsteeg 26

December 28th SOLO SHOW: Nira Tal : GROUNDED
20 years of marriage, a daughter, a career, a mortgage and a Dutch husband. At 45, Nira Tal has everything she ever wanted. So why does she feel like she's missing out?
With time running out and so much left to experience, Nira decides she wants it all: stability and adventure, intimacy and freedom, depth and an easy exit.
What follows is a hilariously messy journey through open relationships, dating apps, sexual awakenings, rejection, therapy and daddy issues.
Grounded is a sharp, intimate and unapologetically honest comedy show about wanting everything, never feeling like it's enough, and trying to stay present while wondering what else is out there.
