Nidderdale Whole Farm Approach: Empower Your Farm Business

It's called "A Whole Farm Approach" for a reason - and it turns out the farm includes the bit between your ears, not just the soil, stock and spreadsheets. Nobody's audited that part in years. This session kicks the project off with an hour on exactly that: how you think, what's actually in your control, and whether some of what you've always assumed is worth a second look. Run by Amy Hughes from EmpowerAg, who grew up on a beef and sheep farm in the Yorkshire Dales. Yes, she knows farmers hate the people stuff. No, she's not going to make you do anything daft - you're in safe hands.
