Lilia Rodriguez was born and raised in México, and her first real encounter with wine was during a trip to Spain’s Rioja region. After careers in international business, legal translation, and pastry and cake design, she found her way into wine and now directs the wine program at Numero 28 Italian Restaurant. She's the founder of Sipping Notes ATX—a space where it’s safe not to know. Because Lilia believes wine should never feel intimidating. It’s meant to be explored, enjoyed, and shared. Saluti!
