Newton's Forge is still in use today, and this special drop-in open day offers a rare opportunity to look around the workshop, learn about traditional blacksmithing, and see where skilled craftspeople continue to shape and work metal.No booking is required. - The forge has limited capacity, so you may be asked to wait before entering.
- The site contains uneven flooring and historic surfaces, which may not be suitable for all visitors. Please take care when moving around the building.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Not suitable for very young children.
