The 23rd Annual Newburyport Chocolate Tour is on!
Our motto: “Eat Chocolate. Be Happy. Do Good”
Oct. 3, 2026 from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Come to downtown Newburyport to indulge yourself! Our traditional walking tour will offer ticket holders a chance to browse through 30 + stores, sampling a delicious chocolate treat at each location.
100% of tour proceeds are donated to community groups.
This year's beneficiaries:
Community Service of Newburyport Inc.
A privately funded 501(c) (3) social service agency that was established in 1912. Our mission is to improve the quality of life by providing economic and social support for residents of Newbury, Newburyport, and West Newbury. Specifically, CSN addresses issues of homelessness, financial insecurity and crisis, social isolation among seniors, and youth development.
Supporting children and families facing health and financial challenges. Helping kids by funding extracurriculars, providing social-emotional support, and strengthening community ties.
A philanthropic organization originally established in 1850 by a group of Newburyport women interested in supporting their neighbors in need. The charity's mission was "to lend a helping hand to those who are struggling through poverty and discouragements...” The organization has a long-standing history in the community of quietly supporting the needs of Newburyport residents to help them maintain financial stability and independence.
There is also have a lively basket raffle with some creative and witty selections to bid on. Get your raffle tickets at the tour check-in booth.
