-Newborn reflexes
-The Infant Language
-Sleep, and how to maximize it
-Diapering and cord care
-Bathing and nail care
-Safety
-the chance to ask all your questions! Bring your baby gear you have NO IDEA how to use, and get help from postpartum professionals.
This class is great for parents, grandparents, and anyone who will be caring for your newborn!
