On New Year’s Eve, The Refinery becomes a masquerade ballroom. Gold light pours from disco balls, smoky midnight-blue haze fills the rooms, and behind every mask is a little mystery. It’s an upscale celebration built for people who do New Year’s Eve properly: dressed up, dancing hard and counting down somewhere worth remembering.
We’ve brought together top-level production, lighting and decor, two stages packed with Jacksonville’s finest local DJs, and go-go dancers from Showgirls Jax bringing the glamour all night long. All you have to do is show up looking your best and leave 2026 on the dance floor.
Two stages, two worlds
The Masquerade Stage, curated by Stereo Wild
Head upstairs, where the music meets the ocean. Stereo Wild takes over the main stage overlooking the Atlantic, with a lineup built to keep the energy climbing right up to midnight. Few places anywhere let you ring in the new year with the ocean as your backdrop.
The Gallery Stage, curated by DiamondinJax
Step into the Gallery for a different side of the night. DiamondinJax curates a second room of local talent with its own sound and its own energy. It’s the perfect place to lose yourself, find your crew or discover your new favorite DJ.
Move between both rooms all night. Every turn holds something new.
Dress to dazzle
This is a masquerade, so make an entrance.
The dress code is upscale, sexy and unforgettable. Think midnight glamour in gold, silver, deep blue and black: liquid sequins, velvet, shimmer and shine, a sharp suit with a little edge, or a dress that stops the room. Bring the flair, bring the drama and bring a mask that says something about you. The more you commit, the better the night gets.
Tickets
General admission is released in three tiers. When one sells out, the next opens at a higher price, so the earlier you move, the more you save.
- Early Bird: $70. The best price you’ll see. Once these are gone, they’re gone.
- Second Tier: $85
- Final Tier: $100
VIP tables: the ultimate way to celebrate

Each VIP table includes:
- Admission for six guests. Bring your favorite people.
- A large reserved table in the main room, with seating for everyone in your party, so you always have a home base all night.
- A bottle of premium liquor of your choice from our VIP menu.
- Mixers of your choice to make every round exactly how you like it.
- A bottle of champagne for the moment the clock strikes midnight.
VIP tables are [$price] and extremely limited. They’ll go fast, so lock yours in early.

- Strictly 21+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry, no exceptions.

- Parking: Limited parking available at the venue. Plenty of overflow parking at surrounding areas in Jacksonville Beach.
