Through heart-opening ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, journaling, Reiki and an immersive alchemy crystal sound bath, we will explore the power of new beginnings, setting intentions from a place of kindness rather than expectation.
This is not about becoming someone new or changing who you are. It is about returning to yourself, recognising how far you have come and giving yourself permission to begin again, exactly as you are.
