NEW PERSPECTIVESFresh Voices in Contemporary Art
Gallery of Modern Masters | First Friday, November 6, 2026 | 4–7 PM
SEDONA, AZ — Gallery of Modern Masters invites the community to experience NEW PERSPECTIVES, a First Friday celebration introducing exciting new artists and extraordinary works in contemporary painting, modern glass, and one-of-a-kind jewelry.
Join us Friday, November 6, from 4–7 PM at our beautiful new location in Piñon Pointe for an evening of art, discovery, and inspiration.
Featured Artists:
Jesse Butterfield — Inspired by quiet meditation and a deep connection to the land, Butterfield creates richly textured contemporary works using Venetian plaster, marble dust, resin, and gold leaf. His layered surfaces invite viewers into a world of reflection, movement, and organic beauty.
Toland Sand — An internationally recognized modern glass artist, Sand transforms glass through extraordinary cold-working techniques. His precise geometric compositions explore light, color, transparency, and dimension, creating sculptural works that seem to glow from within.
Lisa Sprietsma — This Arizona artist brings a captivating contemporary surrealist vision to oil painting. Her evocative works explore themes of fragility, inviting viewers to look beyond the familiar and discover deeper layers of meaning.
Leigh Griffin — Blurring the line between fine art and adornment, Griffin creates exquisite, one-of-a-kind wearable art. Combining natural stones with silver and gold, each piece is an individual expression of beauty, craftsmanship, and personal style.
A New Chapter in Art
