Join Jess for a 90 minute restorative New Moon Sound Journey — an opportunity to slow down, quiet the noise of everyday life, and create space for yourself.
The new moon symbolizes new beginnings, fresh perspectives, and the opportunity to set intentions for what you want to invite into your life. It’s a chance to pause, reflect on where you are, and reconnect with what feels meaningful to you.
Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments, you’ll be guided into a space of deep rest, relaxation, and reflection.
You don’t need to have anything figured out. You don’t need to arrive with a plan. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the space to be.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal if you’d like to reflect or write down your intentions.
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask provided. Feel free to bring an additional pillow or anything else you prefer for your added comfort.
