About this Event
Welcome to the Fresh Idea Exchange (FIX), a focused learning and networking experience for women entrepreneurs to share ideas, ask honest questions, and learn from the lived experience of other local business owners.
We're excited to announce that our November FIX meet-up will take place at The Parlour Inn in downtown Stratford.
This event includes a morning break buffet featuring muffins and fruit, coffee, tea and juice.
Our special guest will be Sarah Kinlin of Pearl Performance based in the Guelph area. A leadership speaker, author, and creator of the Grit, Grace & Goals framework, Sarah will be sharing a real-life business challenge she recently faced, how she navigated it, and what she learned along the way.
How does a Fresh Idea Exchange (FIX) work?
Guided by FIX Facilitator and Fresh Idea Collective founder Kerry Ramsay, we’ll get to know each other while working around business roadblocks and sharing fresh ideas with one another.
FIX is based on the concept that everyone has something valuable to contribute to the conversation. Whether it's a challenge you’ve faced and overcome, a question you've answered for your own business, or a strategy that's working for you currently, your input will help shape the experience for everyone in the room.
This collaborative environment is designed to strengthen your network while creating space for meaningful conversations that lead to real business progress.
Don't have a specific business challenge in mind? No problem! Come ready to learn from others, and lend your own expertise to the conversation.
Why it's effective:
Each of us approaches our business with a unique perspective, along with a distinctive set of blind spots. We tend to see opportunities and challenges through the lens of our own experiences, which can make it difficult to recognize new approaches or solutions.
That is where FIX comes in.
By stepping into a room with other business owners who think differently, ask questions, and offer fresh insight, you will begin to see your business in a new way.
Often, the solution you have been looking for is just one conversation away.
If you’re ready for meaningful conversations, stronger connections, and real progress in your business, reserve your seat today. Space is limited, so don't delay!
