About this Event
Have you ever experienced bullying, abuse (whether verbal, physical, mental, or sexual), or low self-esteem? This workshop is designed for young people ages 16 to 30 to support your mental health by providing tools and techniques on how to deal with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
After attending this workshop, you will be able to learn how to love yourself more, think more positively about yourself, and deal with challenges such as bullying, effects of abuse, or depression.
The organizer and instructor of this course is Martine Lee, a 38 year old Life Coach with a University of Toronto degree in Psychology, who has experienced bullying, abuse, and depression herself.
She wrote a book called "Winning Back Your Self-Esteem" and currently the paperback copies are sold out, but ebooks will be provided for free by email PDF to each participant as part of the workshop fee.
The workshop fee is only $25 per person, but if you cannot afford it, please email [email protected] and we can try to give you a discount.
