New Moon Sound and Gong BathA New Moon is a time to rest, a time of new beginnings. You are invited to set intentions for things you'd like to create, cultivate and manifest. Experience a guided relaxation as you are bathed in the transformational sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments. Let the gongs take you to a deeper state of consciousness where the busy thinking mind quietens, finding the peace and stillness within.
