This forum brings together professionals across Furness who support people reaching the end of life, and the families they leave behind. It’s a chance to share knowledge, understand how our roles connect, and find better ways to support our community together.
The programme includes:
- What happens after a death: the roles and responsibilities of the organisations involved, from care and statutory processes to support for bereaved families
- Talks from a Co-op funeral director, funeral planner and celebrant
- Wills, probate and lasting power of attorney, with Co-op Legal Services
- An interactive workshop and Q&A panel
Free to attend, with tea, coffee and snacks. A certificate of attendance is available for CPD.
