All Bodies welcome. No experience necessary! The dance is individual. The event container will be closed and confidential - so yes, you really can dance like no one is looking! Opening with a brief ceremony with Tessa sharing cacao and song led by Cat, we will move gently into an ecstatic dance dj set by Richard (omniria) that will rise in power gradually, peak, and over an hour carry us back home to resting, where we will finish sonically stroked in a calming percussion soundbath. Throughout, move only as your body enjoys - as much or as little or however that flows. There is no performance or judgement: We move to ignite our spirits, to release, and call in what moves us forward, nourishes our growth. This is a sober event, and there are no photos or video permitted. Bring something to lie on - a yoga mat is perfect (but this is not a yoga event).DM us if you have questions!
