New Moon MeditationThe new moon energy is the perfect time to create what you want to manifest in your life. We set our intentions and send them outon the waves of sound to manifest in our lives. New moon meditation assists us to stay connected with our mind, body and spirit, utilizing the moon energy as a healing experience. The sound of the instruments “re-tunes” us on many levels, bringing us into harmony and deep levels of inner peace. These sounds work on a cellular level as well as an emotional level. Be sure to drink plenty of pure water following the session. Connect with your inner ability to be in bliss, as well as take you into a state of deep relaxation and peacefulness. The sounds can also assist you in exploring issues coming up to be healed. 6:30 p.m. Contact Deb Jennings for more information. 515-371-0725 or [email protected].
