About this Event

Programme Overview

This neuroscience-based leadership programme is designed to support women in stepping fully into their confidence, strengthening their leadership presence, and increasing their visibility and impact.

Blending neuroscience, psychology, coaching and practical leadership tools, the session combines deep insight with actionable strategies. Participants will develop the clarity, confidence, and communication skills needed to lead authentically, influence effectively and perform at their best.

The programme has three stages:

1. Deep insights
The Deep Insights stage explores the systemic, historical, personal and neurobiological factors that shape women’s behaviour, reactions and leadership patterns, and the hidden benefits of current behaviour. The aim is to build awareness and compassion, as women often default to self-blame. Outcome: clarity and self-acceptance.

2. Leadership compass
The Leadership Compass stage aims to help women freely choose who they want to be as leaders, what they stand for and how they want to show up, free from past limitations. Grounded in their values, personality, preferences, and aspirations, this stage helps them find a leadership style that feels authentic and sustainable. Outcome: authentic leadership.

3. Practical applications
The Practical Applications stage equips participants with specific, usable strategies that hold up under pressure, helping them speak with confidence in public, contribute effectively in high-stakes meetings, communicate what they want with clarity, advocate for themselves and build their visibility and personal brand. Outcome: sustainable change.

Neurate’s approach combines neuroscience, psychology, and real-world leadership practice to create lasting behaviour change. Diversity Talks Real Estate aims to further diversity and inclusion in the European built environment industry by raising the visibility of under-represented groups. We have a particular focus on women and ethnic minority professionals of all genders but we also welcome individuals from other under-represented groups that wish to harness our platform.

Visibility brings opportunities, challenges stereotypes and provides role models. It also helps us to work towards a more diverse and inclusive industry that would best serve the cities and communities in which we work.
