Bright Lives Resilience Coaching
'Do What You Can' Volunteer Network
Extreme weather is becoming more common, and we will all feel the effects.
But most of us in the UK are not fully prepared for what it will do to our well-being, and not just our health and homes. This workshop by Bright Lives coaches is focussed on practical ways to keep calm in stressful moments and support others at the same time.
You’ll learn:
- How to make the right decision in stressful circumstances
- Easy grounding techniques that can be used in all situations
- How to support neighbours or vulnerable people without getting overwhelmed
- Small steps for emotional recovery for all aspects of our lives
This workshop is not therapy or motivational thinking, but to help us all feel more preprared and more resilient.
From 12pm at Caxton House. Refreshments will be served at each workshop.
