This free new program is in collaboration with Autism Oklahoma provides a structured, sensory-conscious fitness experience designed to improve: Physical strength and coordination, Emotional regulation, social interaction skills, and overall quality of life.
Hosted on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at Santa Fe Family Life Center, during our low-activity stimuli period to help create the optimal environment for participants.
