Nervous System Reset: A 9D Breathwork Wellness Event
9D Breathwork is an in-person wellness experience designed to support nervous system regulation, release stored stress, and restore emotional balance. Stress, overwhelm, emotional fatigue, and reactivity aren’t personal failures — they’re signals your nervous system needs space to reset.
This guided experience uses layered sound, frequency, and conscious breathing to help your body shift out of survival mode and into grounded calm — without talking it out, fixing yourself, or forcing emotional processing.
This is regulation, not performance.

Who This Is For
Ideal for leaders, healers, professionals, athletes and anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally overloaded. No breathwork experience required.
What to Expect & Bring
You’ll receive step-by-step guidance in a calm, private environment with no group sharing. You may lie down or sit comfortably. Headphones are provided.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.
Your body does the work. Your breath leads the way.
