🌱 Deep Reset: Breathwork & Live Sound Healing

This month’s gathering offers a deep reset for your nervous system through a breathwork journey led by Scott Calafiore designed to release stress and tension, followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing experience by Scott and Mayumi.

Our March gathering is centered around the theme Release. Root. Bloom. As we move into the energy of spring, this evening is an invitation to release what’s been weighing on your body and mind, reconnect with a sense of grounding and stability, and open to the natural unfolding of your next season.

Through breathwork, group somatic practice, and a live sound healing journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and vocals, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, rooting into your body, and allowing space for new growth.
