Learn how to make Nerikiri with the theme of a delicious meal
About this Event

Discover the beauty of Nerikiri, a traditional Japanese confectionery used in tea ceremonies. In this hands-on workshop, led by Wagashi artist Megu Takahashi, you'll learn the art of shaping Nerikiri dough and create cute Ramen Set designs. Whether you're a Japanese tea ceremony enthusiast, love making sweets, or simply curious about Japanese culture, this workshop is a fun and creative way to explore the world of Wagashi.

Ramen Set Nerikiri Workshop

In this workshop, participants will create a miniature ramen set using nerikiri, a traditional Japanese sweet. Using our hands and wagashi tools, we’ll shape the noodles, toppings, and side dishes to create a playful sweet version of a classic ramen meal!

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me in advance on Instagram at @m_tokyo_confectionery.

IMPORTANT

Anyone aged 13 and up is welcome to join.

Please bring an apron and a hand towel.

The workshop end time may vary slightly depending on the pace of the class. We kindly ask that you schedule with some flexibility.
