About this Event
The Rotary Club of Chicago Citywide Service is hosting a fundraising event on September 27, 2026 at 6 pm to raise funds for the Glacial Lake Outburst Flood disaster that occurred in Nepal. The proceeds of the event will be forwarded to the fundraising account specifically setup by Rotary Distrit 3292 in Nepal for disaster assistance funds..
This event will consist of a buffet dinner, a program regarding the current status and efforts in Nepal, followed by a silent auction. Tickets are $50 per person which includes the dinner buffet and program. There will be a cash bar.

- A weeklong stay in a vacation condo in David, Panama (week negotiable)

After registering for the event here, payment can be made to the Rotary Club of Chicago Citywide via Zelle at [email protected]. This is the preferred method of payment prior to the day of the event.
Second payment option is cash or check at the door on the day of the event, but we ask if you choose this method, that you ensure attendance, as food order will based on registrations received. No show registrations without payment will result in less funds available for disaster use.
