Nearest stations: Kennington or Elephant & Castle.
Come draw in the glow and experience life drawing like never before.
This workshop focuses on creativity and expression, moving away from the perfectionist approach of traditional life drawing. You’ll experiment with a range of image-making techniques — from continuous line drawing to pointillism — and be encouraged to loosen up, play, and create something new.
As described by Time Out Magazine:
“It might look like a Full Moon party, but this evening of sketching is an experiment in light, colour, and texture. The models become ‘living sculptures’ covered in UV lights and reactive body paints. Trippy.”
Neon Naked Life Drawing offers a truly distinctive experience, centred on creating bold, expressive artwork inspired by vibrant, living sculptures. The combination of UV light, reactive body paint, and hand-crafted flamboyant accessories creates an immersive and visually striking creative environment.
During the session, you’ll explore colour, light, and texture through a series of short poses, typically lasting 6–10 minutes. Different drawing styles and techniques will be introduced at the start to help you feel confident and inspired.
All art supplies are provided, including pencils, paper, drawing boards, fluorescent neon pastels, and highlighters to make your artwork glow.
No prior experience is needed. Support is always available, and the atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and relaxed — perfect for a unique night out, a creative date, socialising with work friends, birthdays, or hen parties.
All designs and accessories are created by Jylle Navarro, a multi-disciplinary artist specialising in UV-reactive materials. With years of experience across immersive art and creative practice, her distinctive approach shapes the bold visual identity and atmosphere of the Neon Naked experience.

“This south London wine bar and brasserie, set in a refurbished English boozer, is run by French brothers Nolan and Florent. There’s a certain pedigree too, with their parents having run the long-standing Lobster Pot just down the road.”
