Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable day exploring the Queensland Air Museum. Participants will have the opportunity to look around the museum, discover fascinating aircraft and displays, socialise with others and enjoy a fun day out.
Lunch is not included. Participants can either BYO lunch or bring money to purchase lunch.

This Mobility Access Social Day is designed for participants of all fitness levels and is wheelchair accessible. The day will be relaxed and inclusive, allowing everyone to explore the museum at a comfortable pace while enjoying time out in the community with others.
Whether you're interested in aircraft, history or simply enjoying a great day out, this activity is a wonderful opportunity to get out, explore and socialise.
NDIS Costs
The NDIS support rate is $73.58 per hour.
The activity runs for 7 hours, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an additional 1 hour of non-face-to-face administration time.
Total billable time: 8 hours
Example: 7-hour activity + 1 hour administration = 8 hours total billed time ÷ number of participants.
Based on the minimum group size of 3 participants:
8 hours × $73.58 = $588.64 total
$588.64 ÷ 3 participants = approximately $196.21 per person
Minimum group size: 3 participants
Maximum group size: 10 participants
Please note that 1:1 support is billed separately where required.
Out-of-Pocket Costs
The Queensland Air Museum entry ticket is $25 per participant.
Lunch is not included. Participants should either:
- Bring their own lunch; or
- Bring money to purchase lunch.
The $25 entry fee and lunch costs are separate from the NDIS support costs.

This activity is suitable for NDIS participants of all fitness levels.
The Queensland Air Museum is wheelchair accessible, making this activity suitable for participants who use wheelchairs or other mobility equipment.
This is a great social activity for participants who enjoy getting out into the community, exploring new places and spending time with others in a supportive group environment.
