Come and join me for a very special Sound for the Soul journey inspired by the Water element.After returning from Bali, I’ve been carrying with me a deep connection to its healing waters, and this journey has been inspired by what I found there.
Water knows how to hold both softness and power. It surrenders without losing its strength. It moves, changes direction, finds its way, and always returns to flow.
Under the Full Moon energy, we’ll journey with the Water element, beneath the surface and into the depths.
Bringing the Water element to life, you’ll be guided into deep meditative rest through the sounds and vibrations of Crystal Quartz singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick and other sacred instruments.
And fittingly, we’ll be held on the waters of Bellvista Meeting Place as we explore what lies within, and what is ready to rise.
