About this Event
Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to:
• get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route
• improve their mental health and wellbeing
• make new friends and feel part of a community
Meet us next to the playground, beside the car park. What 3 words league/agrees/oath. Our volunteers will be wearing a high vis so you can easily identify them. The planned walk usually takes around an hour, you can stay, join later, leave when you need to.
There is a childern's playground on the walk so please do feel free to bring older siblings along.
Please make sure you dress for the weather and bring a drink if you need to. We can stop for feeding, hydration, baby changing etc - we do plan to end the walk at the cafe (just in case you need a caffeine top up).
