Last June, 60+ women in data and AI gathered at the Toronto Machine Learning Summit and spoke honestly together. We built a roadmap for change — our community white paper, Unspoken, Unmeasured, Undeniable.
This October, we're taking the work deeper.
Join us for a half-day workshop where we dig into Pillar 2 of the white paper: Navigating Workplace Politics & Dynamics. This is where the invisible becomes visible. Through facilitated discussions and role-play scenarios drawn from real experiences, we'll explore the power dynamics, the unspoken rules, and the strategies that actually work.
Using a collaborative problem-solving format, small groups will work through scenarios, moving from shared insight to concrete tactics you can use immediately. Every attendee leaves with real strategies grounded in both lived experience and research.
This workshop is for women in data and AI, and their allies. Attendance is limited to keep the conversation intimate and meaningful.
