a new cultural environment.
About this Event
Navigating a new culture or environment can be both exciting and challenging. This workshop, which is taking place during our Newcomer Resource Fair, is an opportunity to share your experiences, connect with others, and learn practical tips and strategies for navigating cultural transitions.
Whether you've recently moved to Montreal, are adjusting to a new environment, or are experiencing reverse culture shock after returning home, cultural transitions can bring unexpected challenges.
This workshop offers a welcoming and supportive space for open conversations about adapting to new cultures, finding a sense of belonging, and coping with change.
