On Thursday 4th June at 6pm, you are invited to experience a unique collaboration between The Soul Siren and Naturalmat—where the art of sound healing meets the luxury of natural sleep.
Sink into Naturalmat’s handcrafted, organic mattresses and allow your body to be fully supported as you are guided through a meditative sound bath journey. Immersed in calming tones, soothing frequencies, and intentional stillness, this experience is designed to gently regulate your nervous system, release tension, and guide you back to a place of inner harmony.
This is an invitation to explore what true rest feels like—both physically and energetically.
About the Facilitator
This experience is guided by Master Sound Therapist Jessica Harland, also known as The Soul Siren.
Jessica works with sound as a powerful therapeutic modality, offering both group experiences and private 1:1 sessions that support transformation across the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies. With extensive training and experience, she weaves together her musical background with her work as a ceremonial priestess, creating deeply immersive and transformative spaces that invite lasting shifts and profound rest.
The Venue
The sound bath will take place at our Dorking showroom.
Our showroom is an area where you can try out our range of mattresses, toppers and beds within a calm, secluded space, with sounds & scents offering a multi-sensory sleep experience.
During the event Jessica will transform our space into a zen den to faclilitate your relaxation journey.
Important Information & Contraindications
Sound healing is a gentle yet impactful practice, suitable for many people. However, there are certain conditions where it may not be appropriate.
This experience is not recommended for those who:
- Have epilepsy or sound-induced seizures
- Have a fitted pacemaker or serious heart conditions
- Are in the first trimester of pregnancy or nearing birth
