Discover the art and science of natural dyes in this beginner-friendly, hands-on workshop! Learn how to create rich, solid colors, mix natural dyes and apply them directly to fabric to create unique images and patterns. We’ll also explore post-dye techniques using indigo and iron to shift and transform colors. Bring your own clothing, yarn, accessories or other suitable items to refresh, revive and make your own. You’ll leave with one-of-a-kind creations and the skills to continue experimenting with natural color at home. No prior experience necessary! This event is open to women or anyone who identifies as such. All participants must complete a 2026 Liability Event Waiver, located on our website, to attend.
