STUDENT GROUP TICKET REQUESTS:
Groups of 10 or more students are eligible for discounted student group pricing. To receive access to group rates, please complete the Group Ticket Request Form. Once your request is reviewed, a unique group discount code and purchasing instructions will be provided.
REFUND POLICY:
Tickets are available for a full refund of the ticket price until 30 days prior to the event, 11pm ET on Thursday, 03 September.
EVENT CREDENTIALS REQUIREMENT:
All ticketed attendees are required to present their official event credentials for entry into all expos and demo areas. Credentials must be visibly displayed at all times while onsite.
Attendees without proper credentials will not be permitted entry. Replacement credentials may be issued onsite for a fee.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
Concession stands and food carts are located throughout the center.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY:
The Charlotte Convention Center providesADA-accessible parking in its underground garage, which connects directly to the venue. These designated spaces require a valid disability placard or plate. The facility also features accessible restrooms, elevators, and wheelchair-accessible entrances to ensure full accessibility.
