You are invited to Nashville's Best Real Estate Meetup. This event will be different from any other meetup you have ever experienced. The team behind Chattanooga's premier meetup is bringing the next level experience a real estate meetup should have into town.
What do we mean by this? This meetup is not associated with any REIA / national organization. There is no selling from the stage policy. Our events are made possible by sponsors we introduce at the beginning of the meeting, and that's the end of that.

When: October 7th, doors open at for networking at 5:30 PM and we kick off at 6:15PM
Where: Music City Work Club. This venue is an elevated atmosphere ready for you to create new connections. Free parking is available on site.
What: Nashville's Best exists to create one-of-a-kind connections in the real estate world without selling out. Our core pillars are Connection, Education, Experience. Free refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages are provided; all you have to do is show up.
Why: This meetup is created to foster relationships, not to sell you on a mastermind or course. Connections lead you to where you want to go in life and business, and that's why this group exists.

This month we have Mike Taravella joining us as our guest.
Mike Taravella is the Founder & Principal of Niche Holdings. He has purchased over $200M (1000 units) in multifamily assets throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Colorado. Mike has created a 3rd Party Asset Management consulting practice that helps clients across the country optimize the portfolio’s value (1.4k units) and launched an AI reporting suite. Mike has managed a portfolio of over $175M (1,500 units) while helping create systems and operations for their internal property management group. Mike was a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan and helped Dan Gilbert's family office launch and manage several startups from esports to tech.
