When: November 5th, doors open at for networking at 5:30 PM and we kick off at 6:15PM
Where: Music City Work Club. This venue is an elevated atmosphere ready for you to create new connections. Free parking is available on site.
What: Nashville's Best exists to create one-of-a-kind connections in the real estate world without selling out. Our core pillars are Connection, Education, Experience. Free refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages are provided; all you have to do is show up.

This month we have Cori Myrick joining us as our guest.
Cori Myrick has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. She has flipped homes and discovered a new strategy in her investing called a PadSplit. As she learned more about PadSplit, and started using this strategy in her own investments, she ended up joining the team as an account executive, helping others learn how to start a successful business and make more margin from their rental properties.
The concept behind PadSplit is to have them help manage your property, and you rent by the room. This helps increase margins, especially on a home where you may struggle with cash flow in our current environment.
Cori will be sharing about her investing experience as a flipper, and long-term hold investor, and how PadSplit works.
