Pilates has come to Some Peace & Quiet! Join me and special guest Faye Stevenson for this Myofascial Pilates intro series designed for you to experience all the good that Pilates has to offer. Rediscover your inherent strength from the inside out and revitalize your spontaneity and joy of moving. 60 min. Classes - Sundays 9:30a - 10:30a scheduled for 10/25, 11/1, and 11/8. Limit 5 people. Being in practice means constantly learning - in addition to engaging in regular continuing education. Faye is fully certified in the MELT method and Myofascial Magic in Action, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
