You’ll discover how the structures inside the upper torso relate to each other and how small changes can influence the whole system. Through fascial network work and soft listening techniques, you’ll learn ways to ease restrictions in the breathing structures while understanding how tension, shock, and old protective patterns live in the upper body.

You’ll train with the rotator cuff, upper limbs, diaphragm, and ribcage, developing precise palpation skills and targeted strategies. These techniques support relief in the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, and jaw — including TMJ, chronic headaches, and restricted breathing.
