Musical Theatre Audition technique and casting director workshop for professional performers.
Want to dust off your audition technique, feel stuck with the same material, want to show up as your best self in upcoming auditions or just fancy a bit of a workout?
From Graduate to seasoned performer this two-day Masterclass is a great way to work on rep, brush up your audition technique, try out new material and put it in to practice with a leading industry casting director. The course will be run by theatre director Hannah Chissick whose credits include: Jerry's Girls - Menier Chocolate Factory, Flashdance - International Tour and As well as Musical Director David Randall whose credits include Notes from New York - Donmar Warehouse, Marry me a Little - The Other Palace and The Last Five Years - The Haymarket Theatre. Both have over 25 years’ experience in the industry, working nationally and internationally and they have run sell out audition workshops for the last ten years. They create a safe, supportive and creative space to grow both your rep and your confidence. Keeping numbers low ensures every participant gets plenty of one on one time.On the last day they will be joined by Harry Blumenau casting director of Beetlejuice, Burlesque and Legally Blonde. He will work with participants to offer supportive and invaluable insight into the audition process with plenty of opportunity for participants to ask questions.
Please note, this is a 2 day workshop starting on Saturday 9th May 2026 and ending on Sunday 10th May 2026. Each day the workshop starts at 10 am and ends at 4 pm, attendance is expected on both dates.
