The second session in this two-day series includes a hands-on workshop where we will practice cultivating mushrooms. We will focus on using locally-occurring substrates to grow local gourmet edible mushrooms. Participants will take home their own inoculated substrate at the end of the class to grow their own gourmet edible mushroom species. Registration includes all supplies costs.
