About this Event
WHAT’S GOING DOWN?
On 7 November, Singapore’s fitness community comes together for Murph for Minds 2026 - taking on the iconic Murph workout across 13 gyms islandwide (and 11 overseas!) to raise awareness for mental health.
This year, Aidan Chemaly, along with 23 athletes from RagTag and partnering gyms, will attempt 6 rounds of the Murph challenge over 24 hours to raise funds for the Samaritans of Singapore (SOS), supporting their vital work in suicide prevention and raising awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing.
