About this Event

Open to new mums with pre-walking babies (2-12 months)

Join us for 45 minutes of mum & baby pilates in a warm, welcoming space at The Bridge Gym. A safe and supportive environment for new mums to rebuild strength and connect with their babies.

This class is perfect for:

  • New mums with babies aged 2–12 months who are not yet walking
  • Anyone looking for a pre or postnatal pilates class in a friendly, supportive atmosphere

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class so that you can check in at Reception and we can start on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we unfortunately will not be able to let you in to the class.

After the class, you're invited to stay for coffee and a chat in The Bridge café as part of Friday Mums—a mum-centred, holistic wellbeing project designed to support women through their first year of motherhood.

It's a great opportunity to meet other mums over a free coffee and let your baby play in this baby-friendly space. Learn more about the Friday Mums project here.

How to Contribute

At The Bridge, we’re all about working together and building meaningful partnerships with the women in our community. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and that means everyone has a role in shaping our work—because The Bridge belongs to all of us. We celebrate each person’s unique strengths and contributions, creating opportunities for everyone to get involved in a way that feels right for them.

Whether you give your time, skills, or financial support, every contribution means we’re working together to make The Bridge the space we want it to be.

One way to support our work is through our pay-what-you-can model, which ensures that our activities and events are accessible to all while allowing space for contributions to go towards helping us sustain what we do. Whatever you choose to give, it all makes a difference.

Want to get involved and contribute in other ways? We’d love to hear from you!
