Multicultural Dance Concert and Workshops

Experience an evening of movement, culture, and community at The School of Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre in partnership with Filipino Centre, Folklorico Filipino Canada, and Toronto Dance Theatre. This dynamic concert begins with a vibrant Filipino Folk Dance performance celebrating Filipino Heritage Month, followed by an expressive contemporary dance piece and an energetic flamenco performance showcasing the beauty and diversity of dance traditions from around the world.

Following the performances, audience members are invited to join interactive dance workshops led by performers and instructors, offering a fun and welcoming opportunity to learn new movements, explore different dance styles, and connect through culture and creativity.
