Upstream is a practical three-session programme designed to help you understand how recruitment works today, find the right opportunities, strengthen your applications and feel more prepared for interviews.
It’s for anyone aged 18+, whether you’re looking for work, returning after a break, thinking about changing direction or already working but looking for something more suitable.
