Join JMM Dance Co. for Ritmo y Alegría / Rhythm & Joy, a free bilingual family movement experience filled with music, rhythm, connection, and plenty of joy.
Children, adults, caregivers, friends, and community members are invited to move together through an accessible Zumba-inspired experience designed for different ages and abilities.
There is no pressure to perform and no dance experience is required.
Follow along, make the movement your own, take a break when you need one, and most importantly—have fun.

Movimiento y Bienestar / Movement & Wellness is a free bilingual community workshop series presented by JMM Dance Co. across San José.
Through culturally responsive dance, creative movement, social-emotional learning, wellness practices, and community connection, the series creates welcoming opportunities for San José residents to move, express themselves, connect, and belong.
